Robert has over 30 years of experience and qualified for the Master Photographers Association in 1988. In 2008, Robert was awarded Winner AND Runner up at the Annual NE British Institution of Professional Photography Awards for his wedding photographs. He also received 2 Merits for portraiture. The judge remarked that Robert’s photographs were very different to anything he had seen before – "a breath of fresh air".
