My kind of wedding photography appeals to a certain type of person. It's for someone who doesn't want to be hassled or handled by the photographer. The results are natural memories ofyour day not stiff uncomfortable poses. Every wedding requires a few formal group/posed shots and I cater for these accordingly but the main emphasis will be on candid, unobtrusive photography. As a photographer the wedding is the easy part, requiring anywhere from 4 to twelve hours at the event. Coverage often starts at the house while the bride is getting ready and continues through the reception upto the first dance. A few posed shots are always required but I try and keep the rest of the day as relaxed and informal as possible. I like to capture the wedding day events as they happen rather than staging shots to photograph

My background as a documentary photographer. I started work professionally over 20 years ago specializing in architecture moving into design, advertising and corporate areas. I regard myself as a locations photographer not studio based. It is in my interests to provide my clients with images that are of the highest professional quality and relevance. I rely heavily on having a good rapport with and understanding of my clients requirements.
