For me, I create my art with the digital camera and by getting the relationship right and knowing how to use the tools of my trade gives me what I like to call StrongEye, the ability to see and create a photograph.

Carolina Cubria was born in Mexico City in 1978.

She entered the world of photojournalism in the year 2000, when she started working as a staff photographer for Grupo Reforma.

Here, she covered events like Governor elections in the US, World Trade Organization Conferences and entertainment events not only in Mexico but in the U.S.

In 2004, she left the newspaper and started working freelance for international agencies like Associated Press, Agence France Press and Reuters, covering local news and sports.

Her work has been published both nationally and internationally. In the year 2007, Carolina was awarded by the University of Westminster in London the David Faddy Scholarship to study the MA in Photojournalism.

Welcome to Nina Mace Photography - I am a Hemel Hempstead photographer specialising in babies, children & family portraits in the comfort of your own home.

Your session will run for around 1 – 2 hours but there is no strict time limit so there is no pressure. During the shoot, if there are any tears or tantrums (and I have experienced quite a few of these with my own children!), we simply take a break and try again. My goal is to make the shoot fun and enjoyable which always makes for the best final product – pictures you will treasure forever.

A few days after the shoot, your photographs will be uploaded to a private viewing gallery on my website, so you can view them at your leisure and place an order online at a time that is convenient for you.I am based in Hemel Hempstead (in Hertfordshire in the UK) and will happily travel anywhere within approximately 45 minute drive, including London, Essex, Herts, Beds and Bucks.
