My name is Jo Edwards, I'm 30 years old and married with a one year old son. I used to work in business after completing a business studies degree, but had always wished I'd found something that I had a real passion for.

In 2005 whilst on honeymoon in New York taking hundreds of photos I had a thought - I wish I could do this for a job. So combining weddings and photography is perfect for me, I love them both!

Working as a wedding photographer is a dream come true, but it's also a real privilege to be able to share such an amazing and significant day in people's lives.

I've spent the past three years developing my photography skills. In that time, I've taken photos for friends and family events and have succesfully completed a digital photography course to give me the technical knowledge to back up my eye for great shots. My aim is to capture as many of those wonderful moments throughout the day as possible; from getting ready in the morning right the way through to the first dance. At the same time I also aim to stay as unobtrusive as possible. Of course,
