Simon Trussell
LMPA
Born in Crawley, and following in fathers
footsteps (local artist), I studied at Britt School
with the likes of Amy Winehouse & The Feeling.
After various work experience in my last summer
at college I managed to land myself with a full
time job as a runner for TV travel shop and went
on to become a researcher and competition
producer before moving in a more hands on
direction.
I moved from production to a new runner
position with a facilities company preparing kit
and crew for shoots on various productions such
as, Robbie Williams – ‘Nobody Someday’, Street
Mate, Mark Thomas Show and Ibiza Reps.
Aftere moving back to my home town with the
view to becoming a ‘stills photographer’, I started
working with a local studio, after five years, it
was time to launch out on my own offering
portraiture, in every sense of the word, wedding,
theatre, studio and location shoots.
I can now be found in the small picturesque
village of Charlwood, a stones throw from
Gatwick and Crawley, and minutes from the
M23. The studio’s location is perfect with poular
eateries on either side of the sudio and local
parks and country walks just moments away.
