Barry Dawson a photographer of 8 years experience began photography as a hobby at the age of 14, taking it to a more professional level at 16, and building a comprehensive portfolio as he travelled Europe.

Many images of which continue to sell for travel brochures and other publications.

At the age of 18 he took his first bookings for weddings, which he admits was a humbling experience compared to the work he was used to, but quickly picked up the skills needed to do the job right and create images with a passion that it sill

going strong to this day.

For the past 2 years he's taken on portraiture work, with his diary at Christmas quickly filling up with children's portraits. Preferring the Lifestyle approach to portraits he loves to create images sparkling with personality which a studio environment

can seldom create, but that doesn't stop him from trying!
