Looking at him today, one might find it difficult to believe that charles is a preacher's kid, holds a degree in music, or that he enjoys spending free time in the kitchen. In fact, it is difficult to imagine charles anywhere other than behind the camera.

Yet, it is the depth of charles' experiences in a variety of non-photographic fields that shapes his passion for unique and thoughtful imagery. While there is little charles will not do, few places he will not go in pursuit of pictures that provoke, change, and arouse thought, he remains committed to the integrity of photography and its development as a viable art medium

Increasingly Charles is finding more of his time devoted to artistic endeavors and tutoring younger photographers. Charles is looking forward to establishing an active exhibition schedule and exploring new themes and ideas.
