Jim’s main focus has been photographing birds in their habitat, but wildflowers, mammals and interesting landscapes are often photographed when they present themselves.

His photos have been used by the Hamilton County Park District on trail head signs, visitor guides, in newsletters for the Western Wildlife Corridor, and on the Ohio Prairie Nursery website. He’s also exhibited his photos at art show and wildlife conferences around Ohio.

He is a member of the Ohio Valley Camera Club in Cincinnati, Ohio and WildOnes Native Plants, Natural Landscapes

Jim has devoted more than 20 years to the Hamilton County Park District, creating and restoring habitats such as wetlands, prairies and grasslands to provide for a wide variety of wildlife.
